189: I Fired Every Coach I Ever Hired. Here's What Happened.

I've hired a lot of coaches over the years. Business coaches, copywriters, even a Tony Robbins event. I was looking for someone to articulate what I do, because I couldn't do it myself. Then a friend gave me blunt advice. Fire everyone. He said I was burying my natural ability under everyone else's language and methods. I did it. I went almost four years without hiring anyone. At first it felt directionless. Then something in me started coming back. I talk about why we default to outside experts in the first place. It starts young.
