189. U.S. Senators Introduce Bill to Stop California's Prop 12 & California State Court Rules FIFRA Preempts Glyphosate State Claims

Five U.S. Senators introduced federal legislation to block California's Proposition 12 and a California state court ruled that FIFRA preempts state glyphosate products liability claims.
