Alvin Karpis of the Barker-Karpis Gang was an American gangster who terrorized the states in the 1930s. He was even named one of the Public Enemies #1 by the FBI (he was in a four way tie for first place, LOL)! He spent time in Alcatraz and even became buddies with Charles Manson during his stay at McNeil Island Pen.
