19. Beyond the Black River

Conan has been hired to help the Aquilonian frontiersmen, who are trying to push the borders out to the Black River in the heart of the Pictish wilderness, much to the fury of the savage Picts. Then a Pictish wizard, humiliated by the border men, pulls together an invading army just as Conan leads a group of scouts across the river. Conan must get back across the river in time to warn the settlers, or red slaughter will ensue. (2 hours, 1 minute)
