Amidst all the bad farm economic news due to the pandemic, there are some bright spots. The Central Valley Project is releasing more water to its farm customers south of the Delta. And we hear from President Trump, who last week announced a new, $19 billion dollar relief plan for farmers, including California’s specialty crop producers.
