#19: Don Khouri - When to Say Yes

Don is a speaker, author, and executive coach with advanced degrees in Human Development, Organizational Behavior, and Human and Organizational Systems.  He's written a book for people who struggle with too much to do and not enough time titled, "When to Say Yes, The Five Steps to Protect Your Time". In this episode we discuss why we say Yes more often than we should. The importance of intentionality, priorities and values. The problem with to-do lists, and my favorite, the Myth of Multitasking. We also talk about the power of delegation and what happens to our time when accountability falls short. It's a jam-packed episode with lots of great tips and ideas. ABOUT OUR GUEST: Don Khouri is a speaker, author, and executive coach.  He is a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems.  He holds a Master's Degree in Human Development from Fielding Graduate University and an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Boston University.  His Bachelor's degree is from Babson College, voted the top school in the U.S. in entrepreneurship. He is writing a book for people who struggle with too much to do and not enough time.
