19 | Exhausted by Having to Do it All? How to Be Ok With Asking for Help

from THE RESILIENT WORKING MUM, Stress Management, Time Management, Boundaries, Work Life Balance, Mom Guilt, Burnout, Resilience, Productivity · host Charlotte Haggie | Health & Wellbeing Coach, Speaker, Facilitator

Asking for help can be really hard for a lot of us as working mums. And yet getting help might be the difference between failure and success. It can decrease our stress levels and allow us to be more productive so that we can focus more and in turn feel less stressed! There are various reasons why it might be difficult for us to ask for help. Getting to know these gives the chance to get past our blockages so that we can ask for help. By doing this one thing, we have more time, we are less distracted and we can be more organized and get more done.  This first episode in a two part ‘series’ on help looks at some universal anxieties around asking for help. I hope that it gives you some peace knowing that you are not alone but also that it gives you some food for thought around how you can get past these blockages so that you can ask for help and feel calmer and more in control.  If you would like to connect with me, follow the links below: Find me on Instagram or Facebook: @charlottecoaches Find me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/charlotte-haggie-5a2451282/ Check out my website: www.charlottehaggie.com If you would like to work with me to help you overcome the overwhelm and find a way of being that allows you to be healthy, happy and present in your role at work and at home, there are four options for you: Join my free Facebook group, a  community for overwhelmed working moms who are managing it all.
