I'm joined by my lovely fiance (soon to be husband in 8 months) Len and we talk about some of our 2023 reflections.Has anyone ever actually held up a New Year's Resolution? I genuinely want to know because I don't think I ever have. That's why we focused on reflections over resolutions. We also talk about our different philiosphies in staying committed to ourselves this year and how we are achieving that.In other news, I'm started the 75 (not so) hard challenge!
