And most importantly, we talk about how watching the Kardashians is good for bonding with coworkers.   Jody Padar is the CEO and principal of the Chicago-based firm New Vision CPA Group, which she transformed into a technologically advanced, paperless work environment. She is a regular contributor to a number of industry publications, including CPA Trendlines, and has been named by Accounting Today as “the Top 100 Most Influential to the Profession” for four years in a row.
