And she hasn’t looked back since, continuing to radicalize others. And when she’s not doing that, she swims competitively through the Illinois Masters Swimming Association. Jody Padar is the CEO and principal of the Chicago-based firm New Vision CPA Group, which she transformed into a technologically advanced, paperless work environment. She is a regular contributor to a number of industry publications, including CPA Trendlines, and has been named by Accounting Today as “the Top 100 Most Influential to the Profession” for four years in a row.
