Wowwww what an episode! In this episode Amanda Nova (@amandanovawellness) and I go deep into kundalini activations, lymphatic iridology, light language, channeling, detoxification, past lifes -- you name it! We weave through many different layers of existence and for the first time I feel like I'm giving listeners a little peek into some of the recent experiences I've been having with clients. Amanda and I share so many similarities and I'm excited for you guys to listen to her talk about her journey. About halfway through the episode we also do a mini deep dive into lymphatic iridology and how we can use it to predict and prevent a lot of our health struggles. After struggling with her own chronic issues with pain and illness for several years, Amanda took her health into her own hands by deeply immersing herself into the wellness space. With an unrelenting will to heal, she became certified and proficient in several holistic healing modalities including, Plant medicine, Breathwork, Kundalini Activation, Kinesiology, Iridology and Embodiment/Somatic practices. In 2020, she went back to school for a Masters Degree in Clinical Nutrition to learn evidence-based information on nutrition, herbs, genetics and lifestyle for disease prevention and disease states.
