They help professional music makers in times of hardship, illness or economic difficulties.  We are so lucky to have an organization like this in Canada, especially over the last year and Amanda and I had a great discussion about how the pandemic has affected the music industry, how musicians and those that work in the music industry can get mental health assistance, and she shares some tips to help with our mental health well-being.
