#19 - Odhran Murphy and #MarathonInTheEstate

Very special episode of the Any Given Runday Podcast as Eric interviews one of his inspirations, Odhran Murphy (@murphyodhran on Instagram), as Odhran discusses how he came up with the idea to run a 'Marathon in the Estate' (129 laps of his estate btw!!).In this episode he also talks about why he has chosen Childline (@ispcc_childline) to raise funds, his training, flying upside down with Eric, the three-week marathon plan and what had him up at night carefully listening to every word Ryan Tubridy said on the Late Late Show and much more.
