Vivian shares her remarkable faith journey: growing up as the daughter of the only Black Lutheran pastor for miles and miles around, becoming deeply involved in the Civil Rights Movement with Dr. King, doubting her Christian faith, and eventually claiming a place in a faith tradition that did not always welcome her with open arms.
