Knowing our audience is critical when we are talking or writing to anyone. It helps us serve our tribe or our kids in a much more meaningful manner. Their language needs to be different if they are speaking to their parents, or other kids, or you!Listen to what your audience wants and needs. Learn more about who they are.If kids are listening to your podcast and recommending it to other kids, you are reaching even more kids. And parents! If parents are talking about you, and they are, then why not let it be about your amazing podcast.Inspire your guests to WANT to share your show.It’s just the best feeling to know that you have somebody out there listening to what you have to say. I see a lot of times teachers don’t feel heard and sometimes kids don’t feel heard. So think about the possibilities of giving someone a voice.
