We all have a shadow—the parts of ourselves we’ve learned to hide, suppress, or deny in order to feel loved, accepted, or safe. In this episode, I’m opening the door to Shadow Work, beginning with what the shadow really is and why it’s not something to fear. We’ll explore how ignoring or suppressing our shadow can quietly lead to self-sabotage, the subtle (and sometimes loud) ways our shadow tries to make itself known, and how to approach these hidden parts with compassion instead of judgment.
