19. The Leader’s Story

We are each on our own journey. We can travel the very same roads and yet see very different things from one another. And even when something draws our attention, we can choose to turn away or not. That’s what makes the leader’s journey different. There’s no turning away. Once you see it, you cannot unsee it if you know that changing it matters.
