19. What's Your Why, the give back with Dwayne Aikens

This special release episode is inspirational episode with Dwayne Aikens. We featured Dwayne who is changing the face of philanthropy in his home town of Oakland, CA. Dwayne created a 501c nonprofit organization, We Lead Ours (WELO) geared to educate and mentor our youth. He built his business with $500 and no federal funds. With private grants funds only, he has successfully ran a business totally based on giving back.
