#19 - Your Ego is afraid ...of YOU!

Hello, Friends! We have no intro yet, and this one is a rant RIGHT out of the gate. Bear with me as I think through this episode in real time, getting to the root of why we doom scroll fitness content, philosophical quotes, podcast clips from our favorite therapists. This realization really helped me to STOP doing this -- It still happens from time to time, but it's a rarity now.  Pay attention to what grabs your attention for too long, and consider if that is something you truly want to add to your life -- if it is, go f*cking do it!
