191: A Breakthrough Business Model for Contractors

Danny Kerr, Director of Assessment / Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Breakthrough Academy joins us for episode 191 of Art of Construction. Breakthrough Academy trains contractors to develop systems and teams that grow their business. At a young age, Danny managed his own trade business as a painting contractor, and after much success decided to pass along the value he’d created in his business model to others.
