191. EPA Prohibits Chlorpyrifos on Food & Federal Court Rules Vegan "Butter" Not Misleading

EPA invalidated all tolerance levels of chlorpyrifos, prohibiting use of the pesticide on food and Bayer filed for U.S. Supreme Court review of the Hardeman Round-Up/glyphosate verdict.
