G'day, we're at the next then booth here with Joel. I've got all Australian company based in Sydney. Are you job? That's right.
Yeah, UNCLIF and what do you sell here? What are your wares? Yeah, so we're based around protection products, ceramic coatings and graffin coatings, and we produce a range of products to maintain your vehicle and to maintain the ceramic coated vehicles. Is it a narrative on top of the ceramic coating?
What do you do with the ceramic coating then sell the product on top of that? So we sell professional grey coatings and consumer grey coatings, and the products that we produce are based around effectively cleaning and maintaining the coating. So we've got a range of alkaline based cleaners, acidic cleaners, pH balanced cleaners. Each product and chemical is targeting a specific type of contamination.
So the higher pH chemicals are good at breaking down oil based contamination, and then we've got an IND con product. So they break down brake dust particles and and air balloon pollution that can settle on the car particularly in my build up area. It's a great food as well. I've been used to it out of my picture out of my life, marked out all the Australian companies.
And it's a great set up. How long have you guys been coming to see now? This is actually our first year. So we've been in the industry since 2008.
We actually started out as an importer, so we were importing a range of car care products. And then it was around 2017. We started investing in research and development of Australian May products. And then it was 2019, 2020 when we actually launched the range and it was unfortunate timing with COVID.
The brake stuff at the beginning. So now that all that's that's you know, everyone done with here we are, we're travelling and getting out again. So it's our first year. It's not a bad thing because I want to be at home watching their cars.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. It was an interesting time and yeah, actually a lot of like online sales and that was a big thing. Is there a difference with the Australian conditions compared to overseas products? Have you found that, do you need to go stronger or do you have to tailor make it for Australian conditions?
Is it different around the world? Yeah, so we do have a lot of issues in Australia with hard water spotting. So particularly in regional areas, anyone who's got experience with ceramic coatings has probably had some sort of negative experience with hard water spotting. So when we develop these coatings, we specifically develop them, you know, with the consumer in mind to combat.
You know, these weaknesses in the products that we've, you know, we've since 2008, what's that now? It's going on 15, 16 years. So yeah, we wanted to develop products that, you know, directly had a positive impact on these kind of these issues that we have in Australia. So yeah, we did have to develop them for local conditions.
But then also it was been challenging with exporting. You know, we had to look at particularly in Europe with the icing and the de-icing chemicals they use. So yeah, different. Yeah, so we started out, you know, with dealing with local conditions, but then that's exactly right.
No, it's good setup. Well done. I like the icing touch with the tin tanks. Yeah, yeah, they're very good.
They are very good. Give me five, one package of G3. There's a few I think we're going to need more there. I think I was going to say, Eric, and next year you can bring in a Commodore or just to really run it in.
I mean, I don't want to ask how much it costs to set it all up. Yeah, but I was shipping a car across a bit just another. Our dollar is pretty weak at the time. So good for exports, not so good for visiting over here.
So by the way, how can we find you? Yes, so next then.com, NXT ZEN.com. And yeah, any professional detailers that are looking for a quality home-grown product. Yeah, come and have a chat to us.
Okay, your car, Joel, we're based in Sydney, so we might come past and have a good proper chat. But yeah, good luck with the show. And like I said, mate, it's a good setup for your first go. Thank you.
I hope to see you again next year. Thanks very much. Cheers mate.
