#192. Behind the Scenes of Manifest Her 2026: Our Biggest Event with Calm and Trust

Let’s do a recap of the biggest event I have been a part of leading. ManifestHER was the biggest production yet and in this episode I am sharing behind-the-scenes lessons about why events are not supposed to be perfect, but driven with belief and trust. The details of our speakers and vendors is covered in Renee Walkers recap on the Spiritually Wired podcast. I decided to focus on how we stayed calm and regulated—especially feeling unexpectedly calm the morning of the event—by practicing manifestation and feminine/masculine energetics, and by preparing the experience in mind, body, and soul. Key planning themes include creating physical and energetic space in the calendar to breathe, flow, and make soul-aligned decisions; asking for and allowing help (including learning to delegate more so we could stay in our genius zone and curate the event; and repeatedly returning to belief and trust in what we were building, particularly when facing concerns like unsold tickets or open sponsorship spots. I share identity and congruence work leading up to the event, including improving health habits (workouts 4–5 days a week, eating better), noting “spiritual downloads” during and after the gym, and teaching wealth as an inward game centered on one’s relationship with money and balanced giving/receiving with gratitude practices. Additional self-care rituals helped me to feel strong and authentic on stage. I emphasize the importance of community support, a daily relationship with inner spirit/universe (spirit guides and angels), and the concept of “one mind”/connected consciousness, encouraging listeners to set desires and intentions, ask for support, surrender the “how,” and stay still enough to notice guidance, signs, synchronicities, and downloads.
