Your heart and intentions may be good but the service may cause more stress, worry, or anxiety to the person on the receiving end of things. I give some examples from my life and other generalized ways that service may actually be hurting more than helpful and give you one way you can slow down and make sure you fall on the helpful side next time you give some service.
