#192 Proverbs 10-12

Day 192 of the podcast, reading Proverbs 10-12 NET, read along at: https://netbible.org/bible/Proverbs+10-12/ This is day 192 of our journey. Proverbs 10 begins the heart of the book of Proverbs. In this section are over 400 proverbs of Solomon. These proverbs contrast the wise and the foolish, the right and the wrong. They are usually written in the form of two opposite actions with their opposite results. While there are occasional groupings of similarly themed proverbs, there is no real arrangement to the material as a whole. One thing to remember about these proverbs as a modern reader: They are sound life principles instead of foolproof rules and, as such, exceptions can apply. Join me in Proverbs 10-12 and hear the wisdom of Solomon! Key verses: Proverbs 10:9 The one who conducts himself in integrity will live securely, but the one who behaves perversely will be found out. Proverbs 11:14 When there is no guidance a nation falls, but there is success in the abundance of counselors. Proverbs 12:16 A fool’s annoyance is known at once, but the prudent conceals dishonor. All Scriptures are from the NET.
