Sometimes you surprise yourself. The sky is not the limit.   2.   We do make assessments about what we wear and what others wear. It can reflect what we think about ourselves. We need people to believe we are capable. Naysayers are usually people not as successful as us and our cheerleaders usually are. 3.   You’ll find you need help so it’s important to find mentors who know more than us. We need to own who you are, the good and the bad, and acknowledge how far we’ve come. Also important is to avoid comparing yourself to others, only compare yourself to where you want to be and where you are.
