#192 Toxic Positivity

Not too long ago I wrote a post in my No Yelling group and I had someone comment that my message came across as toxic positivity. I had to look that phrase up because I had no idea what it meant, and I was surprised that someone would say that about me. I want to share with you a very raw and real episode of where I came from, and how much I have struggled with depression, and how I feel about someone telling my message is toxic.
