A reviewer took one of our competitors to task over using surface mount in their pedal design. Brian sets the record straight on why it is necessary and the differences between the two. There are some “cheap” pedals on the market, but that does not mean they are necessarily bad. In fact some have some pretty good circuits under the hood. Brian and Blake discuss a few.
