False self, deception & a nasty twist to attempt to make you doubt your intelligence, perception & reality..really sinister practice which seeks to devalue & diminish your sense of self, creating weakness, susceptibility & in some cases capitulation. This awful practice of gaslighting is carried out by extremely desperate, destructive people.
