194 - Jonah Paz (Pleasure Pill) In episode 194 of “Have Guitar Will Travel”, presented by Vintage Guitar Magazine, host James Patrick Regan speaks with Jonah Paz, singer and recording guitarist with the band Pleasure Pill. In their conversation Jonah tells us about the bands hometown which San Diego and the bands current tour plans supporting the band Benches. Jonah discusses his decision to just be the recording guitarist for the band and just do vocals live. Jonah talks about his writing guitar a small Martin guitar and his Rickenbacker and he talks about the rigs or the other guitarists in the band and he also talks about his dad’s collection which are the instruments that ended up on the band’s album “Hang A Star”. Jonah describes the sound guys reaction when the band wheels in Marshall stacks and how he deals with them as a vocalist. Finally, Jonah tells us about how the band scored a residency in New York and how they built their fan base in San Diego.
