Tina Larsson is the powerhouse behind The Folson Group, New York City’s leading co-op and condo business consultancy. She is also the published author of “Living the High Life: How Smart Co-op and Condo Owners Protect Themselves and Their Investment.” Her firm works with boards, owners, and shareholders on all their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)-related matters, to reduce costs and increase property values. Tina holds a LEED Green Associate designation and is on a mission to make New York City safer, more sustainable, and more affordable—one building at a time. Prior to this, Tina spent two decades as a business analyst and investment advisor in the financial services industry. She holds a BS and MBA from Pace University.
