195. Federal Court Denies Dismissal of Beef Antitrust Litigation & EPA Rescinds WOTUS Maui Guidance

A Minnesota federal court denied all motions to dismiss filed by beef packers in consolidated civil antitrust litigation and EPA rescinded its prior guidance document on the "Waters of the United States" Maui case.
