#196: 4/3 Formula For Success

Bobby and Stanley played basketball together and 7 points were scored. Bobby scored 4 points and Stanley scored 3. Who won the game? I’ve clearly been doing way too many 6th grade math word problems but there is a lesson here; in a week of 7 days, you need only 4 to win the week. Whatever habit, ritual, or behavior you’re trying to implement more of, aim for effort and know that 4 days means a weekly victory. You don’t need to get 7-0 or 6-1 to win the week. It’s a matter of doing the “thing” more than not doing the thing. And 4-3 wins! The 'Greatest Day' mindset is a lifestyle; a way of living every moment of every day with a positive attitude.
