196. How To Lighten Things Up

Hey everyone! I'm so excited to share episode 196, all about how to lighten things up, whether you're preparing for a mission, currently serving, or a returned missionary. As I was recording this, I couldn't help but feel the change in the seasons and the energy that comes with spring. The buds on the trees, the longer days - it just puts me in such a joyful mood.   I know it can be so easy to get bogged down and take everything so seriously, whether it's our goals, our relationships, or even our missionary work. But I truly believe we can find ways to bring more levity and celebration into our lives. Things like changing up our routines, being present in the moment, and not taking ourselves too seriously can make a world of difference. And of course, remembering that Jesus Christ is the light and can bring that lightness to even our darkest times.   So I hope you'll join me in embracing the joy and novelty of this season. Let's find ways to be a little more silly, a little more playful, and a whole lot lighter.
