196. Supreme Court Petition Challenges California's Proposition 12 & New Mexico District Court Vacates Navigable Waters Protection Rule

The National Pork Producers Council and American Farm Bureau Federation filed a petition asking the U.S. Supreme Court to hear a commerce clause challenge to California's Proposition 12 and the New Mexico district court vacated the Navigable Waters Protection Rule. Also, a Texas district court dismissed a COVID-19 negligence suit filed against Tyson Foods and a complaint filed against Pennsylvania-based Hanover Foods alleges that the company violated the Clean Water Act.
