My name is Yossi Alter I was born in August 19 th 1955 in Israel. When I was born Israel was only 7 years old( Israel was established in November 29th 1948) My Dad was a German Jew my Mom was Polish born from city of Lodge she was taken to a concentration camp for 5 years at the age of 12. 1977 I finish my service in the IDF and year later came to the US to study. 1983 move back to Israel and got married. 1985-1990 lived in Johannesburg SA . I ran 24 Marathons two of them Comrades marathons (56 miles) 1986 start my first triathlon in SA since then I finished over 100 triathlons including Iron man world championship in Kona Hawaii. September 2019 I qualified for the US AG championship to race in Milwaukee Illinois. Today I'm a personal trainer at the Mirage JCC of Orange County. My passion in life is: To inspire and motivate people from all walks of life to live a healthy life style and maintain it for life time.
