A biofuel advocacy group filed a petition seeking Supreme Court review of the D.C. Circuit's E15 vacatur and the D.C. Federal District Court ruled that R-CALF sufficiently pled standing in a Federal Beef Checkoff Program challenge. Also, the New Mexico Federal District Court denied dismissal of 'Product of the U.S.' beef mislabeling claims and USDA announced new 'micro farm' whole-farm revenue protection for locally-selling producers.
