#197: Jeremiah 44-52 | The end of Jeremiah (Thank God!)

Jeremiah continues his rant against the whole world. God is going to kill everyone Jews and Gentiles alike. He'll kill the Jews that fled to Egypt with the usual things: the sword, famine, and pestilence. He'll kill the Gentiles with his own sword that will be drunk with blood. He'll force the Egyptians to kill each other. He'll flood the Philistines and won't let fathers save their children. He'll force Moab to get drunk and wallow in its own vomit. He'll burn the Ammonites women with fire. He'll make the Edomites naked and kill them all like he did to Sodom and Gomorrah. And he'll make the mighty men of Babylon become like women. The book ends with Jeremiah's book being thrown into the Euphrates River - which seems like a good place for it to be.
