When you look back at 2018, what words or phrases come to mind?Crushing it?Played it safe.Amazing.Terrible.I know that every day for 365 days, the words or phrases that come up for you can change. Those words and phrases could even be different from moment to moment.We all have highs. We all have lows. It’s what we do with those experiences that can impact us most.When we pivoted into Our Young Creators on January 1, 2018, I wasn’t exactly sure what would happen.
