Dan chats up Alberto Navarro, Maestro Tequilero for Loco Tequila, the first Terruño tequila from the El Arenal region of Jalisco. Alberto is also the author of the Larousse del Tequila book, called “the Tequila Bible” by industry media, and awarded “Best Spirits Book in the World” at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards in 2017.
