198: HEIDI GASTLER

Dr. Heidi Gastler has a Bachelor of Science from the University of St. Thomas and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from St. Catherine University, both in St. Paul, Minnesota. Dr. Heidi's early training focused on orthopedic and neurological medicine as well as home health care, wound care, and physical rehab for those with eating disorders. Upon further studies, she gained experience in spinal disorders, orthopedic injuries, and chronic pain at Advanced Spine Associates as well as brain injury recovery via Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute. Dr. Heidi has taken a deep dive into core and pelvic floor health via her studies with Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
