She's a nationally recognized advocate for clinician well-being, collaborating with Stanford's PWAC, co-authoring a JAMA paper on well-being and patient outcomes, and receiving ACEP's 2021 Well-being Award.   Now VP of Well-being for All teammates at Advocate Health, Dr Felder assists in overseeing the well being of over 150,000 teammates.
