The healthcare profession is not the right place for everyone. It takes a special sort of person to not only succeed but to thrive in this lifework. That being the case, we inevitably have some co-workers who should perhaps choose a new career (not that they will likely thrive there either). These “trolls” and “BMGs” have a profoundly negative impact on an organization, especially given their usually small numbers, and they MUST be made to answer, “why stay”.
