199/365 Why the Khol drum is such an amazing instrument Part I

Tonights Kiirtan Academy Session was all about the Kiirtan rhythms -With the khol drum patterns demonstrated by Kavita and cymbals patterns by Latika. I end with a track called 'Going Out Theme' from the Film 'Stars in Her Eyes' produced by Athina Tsoulis, where the traditional khol bols have been adapted to western music.
