199. SMMA Service Delivery Guide - How To Keep Clients

If you are familiar with who I am, you know just how much I love client acquisition. It’s literally my bread & butter & what my entire business is centred around teaching. That being said, I also hate it to an extent. Reason being is because many business owners have fooled themselves into thinking that client acquisition is all they need to succeed. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Whilst client acquisition is integral to your success, I’d go as far as saying client retention is even more important. There is no point whatsoever being able to sign clients, if you are unable to keep them for a long period of time. Otherwise, your business is just going to be stuck in an endless loop of acquiring clients, failing to deliver & replacing them with someone else you’d be unable to deliver for. That is why it is extremely important that you have a strong service in place, so that you can actually retain the clients you sign. In this podcast, I share a video from our paid program, going over how to deliver a world class service & retain your clients for an extended period of time. I hope you find it helpful.
