After a dodgy pilot, a name change and a technical calamity resulting in what is now known as 'the Lostcast', we are pleased to present episode 1 proper of Shot/Reverse Shot, a series of mildly engaging, occasionally profound, but mostly gibberish podcasts. Shot/Reverse Shot sees The Wooden Kimono's Joe Gastineau, hopelies.com editor in chief Adam Batty and A Mighty Fine Blog's Edwin Davies attempt to talk coherently about films within the confines of a theme that changes from episode to episode. As it is that time of year, we thought we'd kick things off with the theme of '2011'. It was a mammoth recording session, meaning the podcast had to be split into two halves. In part one, we discuss the general events of the year and in part two, we run down our picks for the films of 2011. Enjoy!
