1st Samuel // 1st Samuel 25 - Samuel Dies / David and Nabal (Gary Gilpin)

As Gary Gilpin looks at what he thought was the story of how Samuel dies in 1st Samuel 25, he quickly realises this is only a small section at the beginning of the passage and continues on to take us into a deeper look at the conflict between David and Nabal. As Hukanui Bible Church nears the end of our journey through 1st Samuel, Gary takes us through the story of David as he approaches the property of Nabal near the town of Carmel. Gary looks at the response of Abigail to her husbands answer when David asks for help, and how she spared their households slaughter from the wrath of David and his men.
