On today's episode I sit down with my friend and podcast mentor, Alana Weinroth.  Alana launched the Give A Damn community in 2019 with the intention of helping people feel less alone in the things they go through. The community has grown from a podcast, to yoga community, to merch line. Alana is a 200 hr RYT, Life Coach, podcast host, and works in fundraising at Covenant House California, which houses young people experiencing homelessness.
