No one would argue with the statement that 2+2=4. A simple conversation with an elementary student will confirm this for you. But is it possible that subtraction just might lead to addition? A subtraction of old technologies, actions, and ideas. We live according to the certainty of calculations. However, at some point in life that math doesn't seem to add up anymore and the only way we can move into a different way of thinking, living, or innovating is through a mode of subtraction or surrender. Can you let go of what you know, what you've been taught is the predetermined answer, in the hopes and expectation that what could be true, the unexpected math, might actually be better?
