What changes can he/should he make? What do we want to see him try? It's not like he's stepping into a dumpster fire. He has an AFC Championship-caliber team to work with and play around with.34:07 - Oh, by the way...we don't need to use so called "robot umps" to challenge balls and strikes that are a millimeter outside of the strike zone. Oh, by the way...a youth hockey game in Minnesota went to 12 overtimes and STILL wasn't finished.
