Many people have noticed that their tax refund is smaller this year than it was in previous years. What they do not seem to understand is that their refund is smaller because less was taken out during the year. Less was taken out because their taxes were, wait for it - cut! Their refund was smaller, their pay checks were bigger. The Trump administration is preparing to cut off Title X funding to clinics that provide or refer for abortion.
